Hi No it will not effect your application for pr, in fact if your wife apply for bc which she will get in 1-2 months then u can apply for pr on the basics of spouse of British national and u don't need to wait another 2 years, good news for u!!! Did your employer complete and sign the section 6 of application form? Then it will be ok k If she is working 24 hours or any hours you don't need csi, you don't even need to mention student as it will confuse the caseworker, did you include wage slips with your application?? sorry to bother you all...

Yes she already issued eea3 within 3 weeks!! So no problem with exercising treaty rights, just the marriage problem as uk does not accept proxy marriage but I was living together, hope they will not refuse
