u dont need to fill section 3 leave it blank.

They will definitely make a decision on your case soon mine took about eight weeks to be processed.

From my own experience the caseworker did not returned the employer's letter I sent with my ROR application.it will be advisable if u can get the letter from ur ex to support ur application.

@rodrimarto the COA issued to me gave me rights to work,moreover am not bothered if it didnt give me.as am already working more than four yrs with my company.
