Rz1, the total process takes upto 7 to 8 months. If you submit your case to AIT in UK, they will send it to ECO,Entery Clearance office, to review about case, They probably give 4 months to them to review it and ask them to send his decision and bundle of proof on the basis of which they refused you...

I emailed UKHUB on 24 September as i submitted my passport on allowed appeal on 12 June 2009 at Karachi office. All i know is he submitted after my wife.My wife submitted on the 17th April 2009 and he about 5 weeks after.He said there were a lots of people to collect their passports ,i think they have wake up.

Well guys..look at the stats for the months of AUG 09 for visa processing guide line time. Its shows only 258 settlement visa applications were sent to UKBA from Pakistan. I dont think there are much appeal cases in those settlement cases application on allowed appeals. seems there are not working o...
