Hi David Please declare it on page 24 of the application form as "Received fixed penalty notice and paid with ref no... " If it is not more than one per 12 months and paid its not taken seriously. You need to show 12 months bank statements if you are claiming points for 12 months (which I think you are doing as you are providing 12 months pay slips) Hi UKBAlovestory, Thanks for your reply.
