Do you rekon it is pointless emailling them, my wife application is coming to 15 weeks tomorrow. We did email UKHUB after the 12 weeks passed but still have not heard any reply.

Hi

Sorry,

Forgot to mention it is a settlement visa. I was just assuming, logically people who applied in Islamabad would get there visa quicker once a decision is made as the gerry's office is more local to BHC in comparison to Karachi.

Well guys..look at the stats for the months of AUG 09 for visa processing guide line time. Its shows only 258 settlement visa applications were sent to UKBA from Pakistan. I dont think there are much appeal cases in those settlement cases application on allowed appeals. seems there are not working ...
