Yes 6th feb 2017. They never keep their words about time. They did staff training and office move in January and they sent me an e mail informing me of further delay. I was told the same that I will get decision in couple of weeks time. I am moving back to Ireland in March if I dont have a decision ...

Separation agreement is not valid to apply for retention or rights.
You need to be divorced or if EU citizen have departed from State.

You can only apply for retention of rights when you are divorced or EU citizen departs from the country. living separate doesn't stop you from applying the permanent residence once you fulfill the requirements. If your wife can provide with the her Original Passport and her proof of exercising treaty rights for last 5 years then you can go ahead and apply for permanent residence card.

He needs to apply for EEA Family permit from Poland before he travels to UK.
If he is traveling with his family by road then I think he should be fine.

I would say only 300 to 400 people will receive their certificate of naturalisation in Waterford and people who are from that area are invited. We need to wait till April :(

First acknowledgement received : 01/11/2013
No second stage letter
Approval letter dated: 28/01/2014
Documents submitted : 29/01/2013
No ceremony date confirmed yet.
