Guidance note, para. 122 says different story. One should not claim earning which is paid as reimbursement. (If earned it will be taxed, obviously) It's trying to cheat system, in my opinion, may well be get away with it Not telling the truth is not same as lying . But yes, I agree with you on this...

Hi all I got all the last 12 months payslip from my employer..they signed and stamped it...3 months they have added travel expenses in my payslip and the net pay showing different amount when u comparing to other 9 months..they have mentioned two gross pay ..1. Tier 2 application...help me

Hi All

I am applying for my Tier 2 visa next week..I have a quick doubt when I came here as a student i havent mention my masters degree in my student visa application. If I claim points for my masters degree which I havent mentioned in the student visa 4 yrs back will it be a problem? Please help.
