Dear all,
We submited our application & docs via NCS on 02/04/2013 but no news/mail/post yet? Money has not been deducted yet?

How did you get those updates when you made the application?

Thanks

Just signed the petition & uploaded to FB.

Hi dimension7
What is the latest on this? What about preparing a court case as HSMP forum did for unfair HSMP renewal requirements?

We can group together & do something here.

Thanks

Hi Lucapooka,
We will be having our BC ceremony in 2-3 months time. Can you see any chance of applying mum’s visitor visa targeting BC ceremony?

thanks

Thanks imrand, We submitted our applications y'day, only issue was my daughter's signature wasn’t there on page 15 (item 6.5) of MN1 application as she is over 10 yrs old. I didn't know this requirement before, but quite politely lady who checked our applications asked me to bring it later with her ...

We also have a booking with NCS on 02/04/13.
What is the procedure to make payments as there is nothing to fill in the application (AN & MN1)?
Does NCS provide a kind of document to fill in?

What is the Reference No on MN1 application (1.2 question)? We came from HSMP ->ILR route.

thanks

Hi Jambo, Bit confused.... we all have ILR including my children (they have ILR stamp on their passports) & now qualify for BC, they were born outside UK. So looking at rules (given on your link) I understood that my children can only apply for ‘registration as BC’ AFTER myself or my wife is obtaine...

Can we apply AN for parents & MN1 for children together? Don't we need BC first before applying MN1 for children?

2 questions: 1. I used my Driving license as the proof for Life in UK rest but my name on driving license is slightly different to the passport as it contains extra letter on it. Would that be an issue when I apply for BC? Last bit of surname on DL – ‘tine’ Last bit of surname on PP – ‘tne’ 2. As I ...

Issue is if they ask License/counter part later for some reason, then they will see this offence & might think that we have foul played not declaring this offence though it is a FPN? Wouldn’t that be a good character issue then?

thanks

Issue is now at least they don't grant visitor visa as no enough evidance to prove that she has genuine interest going back to mother country. We are trapped now. Is there any way that we can win at least a visitor visa application??

thanks in advance.

Should driving with Mobile phone be declared?

We have a traffic offence case as my wife was stopped while driving using a mobile few months ago. She got a £60 fine & 3 points from police, no court case. We also are looking to apply for BC but not sure whether to declare this offence on the application or not? thanks
