I would like to know about your document that mentioned above 5.3 Employer reference letter - SOC Code, salary, future employability.

ILR eligibility

My visa will expire on 08 FEB 2013

Entry Clearance : 08 FEB 2008
Arrive UK : 28 FEB 2008 (20 days later)

I think that I am eligible to apply from 11 JAN 2013 onward. Is this correct? could anyone plesase confirm me, please?

I'm currently held Teir 1 (general) which will expired on the begining of Feb 2013.

In order to apply ILR, I need 12 months payslip.

If I cannot find a job to fill the gap, I have to out from UK.

Please can you advice

Yes, I didnt told them that I need it urgently. Did you told them?
On that they I got appoinment in the morning and seem not too busy at all. May be becuse of snow made they short of staffs.

Thank you Superfox, I'm happy to hear that we can go back and collect it. If I do that whether it effect to my visa? I think I will call them up by next week as I just applied on last friday. By the way, when did u apply for that? Did they give you any reasons that they cant give your documents back...
