your rejection is a separate case and new t-1 application is separate. you cannot rephrase the rejection reason. as long as there is no criminal/similar reason for rejection, you are safe.

Official seal means signed and sealed by the bank. you can take printouts of the email pdfs to the bank and get them signed and sealed. I understand that the email statements contain bank logo on it. but since it is a printout, you should get them attested by the bank. This is where lot of people ha...

for maintenance, you can show banks statements or letter from bank or both. for salary statements, you can take printouts of the email statements (which will have bank logo on it) and get them signed and stamped. but better to get them on bank sheets.

my format to whomsoever it may concern mr xxx holding account no xxx with our bank since ddmmyyyy has maintained minimum balance of Indian Rupees xxx.xx amount from ddmmyyyy to ddmmyyyy (inclusive of both dates). sign seal date this was on bank letter head. left the conversion rate to the case worker.

there is NO summing up row in the table i think. you just have to give two rows one for each company and put the eranings. then you add it up manually and claim points. need not worry too much since this entire thing will be recalculated.

you can put one row for each employer. Do not put uplift ratio in the table. The country mentioned will take care of it. anyway this whole figure is recalculated. Other than the earnings table, there is no need to mention two employers anywhere else as additional commenti think. signed and stamped p...

without bank logo, you are running a risk. i also have HDFC account. go to a smaller branch and meet the manager and put your request. don't run into a big branch. they might not entertain you. email statements can be taken on plain paper and stamped. but why to take risk. take everything on 'statem...

name mismatch doesn't look like a problem. Better to show bank statement and payslips with names as in passport.

what mulderpf says is logical. if they have not asked for exchange rate for maintenace, better not provide it. i made sure that i had sufficient balance for 90 day period with rate above 75. provided bank statement with balances showing inr. rest of the conversion left to caseworker.

You can put two rows for two companies.
you may not put uplift ratio 5.3. Then will do it based on the country column.
Anyways they will recalculate your earnings from the evidence provided.

The guideline says he/she must authenticate the evidence by asking the employer to sign and stamp a printout.
Manager is not your 'Employer' right? So HR/Finance should be the authorized signatory. If there is no other way, you can try your luck hoping that the ECO might overlook this.
