Any rule which cracks down on ALL immigration will therefore be deemed dearly beloved, because of the large proportion of immigrants from the Indian sub-continent. I think you are mistaken, no one said capping T2 was dearly beloved, closing down T1 was dearly beloved, stopping "bogus" students was ...

May be a combination of PSW+T2 is a better idea coz with T2, you can only stay 5 years max, if you are not "exceptional" but if you add your PSW to T2, you can stay 7 years.

Spouse English tests for migrants dearly beloved, court told

"'The rule is designed, putting it crudely, to keep out persons who tend to marry within their communities, who tend to have arranged marriages, who tend to be from the Indian subcontinent and the Middle East in particular," said Mr Gill.

It will be very hard to argue your Article 8 case but I think its worth a try.

Find a very very good solicitor or OISC advisor and prepare your case diligently.

And I have got still leave to remain until late March 12, if they refuse my ILR but they will not revoke my PSW, is that right? unless you no longer meet the requirements for PSW, they should not revoke it if your ILR application is refused. All visa's are temp, full stop.

There's no point guessing the outcome of the consultation, just wait for the govt. to propose the changes.

It all depends on your JR application, if you win, your legal status continues, if you lose, you are over stayer after 15th April.

Why your visa was rejected and why you lost your appeal as well(I am presuming, you lost your appeal).

Do you have private and family life in UK?

Note that this only will be applicable to the appeals lodged to the First Tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) (FTT IAC). The proposal to charg...
