as her passport expired in Dec 12, and you never UK since ILR, so should be fine in my view. just explain nicely and apply as soon as you can. Answer was : 75% within 4 weeks (20 working days)
98% within 14 weeks (70 working days)

Hi doodoo I wrote to the ukba because my son ILR application was 20-04-12 and the ILR issue 22-09-12 but the BRP expiry date 20-04-2022( 10 years) the status ILR I ask same your question about the 12 months before he can apply for naturalisation the said he need to wait until 22-09-13 hope this link...

in bio letter they said you have 15 Days from the letter date 07/06/2012
need to give bio data within 2 Days.

you can check your bank account the letter should send 2 dats after the payment.and take 5 days to arrive to you ,so 7 days in total after the payment.

Hi ,I applied same time in feb 2012, no letter from ukba ,but last call to ukba the said you need to wait the averge waiting time 100 days (most of applications) and they confirme if you applied before 29 feb there is no need for BRP letter.and some pepole don't recived the acknolegment letter .
