A1 English test - partial retake?

Hi,

My wife attempted the Toeic - A1 English test. She passed the listening but failed the speaking.

The center informed her she can retake the speaking only.

Does anyone know if this is correct and if UKBA will accept this?

TIA!<

Hi Greenie, I've seen that post which states living-room and bedroom are counted.

But nothing in relation to Dinning room which is bigger than 50sq ft.

Would apprecaite if anyone who has had a report completed by a council /estate agent can confirm the dinning room part.

Re: Spouse vs Fiance Visa

So you will be "lying" in your application for leave to enter / remain as a fiancee. Legally, you are married and therefore cannot apply for eave to enter / remain as a "fiancee". Im not legally married according to them ,as they do not accept and recognise pakistani nika nama for Afghan nationals....

I was thinking the same, I believe the majority only get the ID + Visa stamp pages attested.

You can copy your whole passport, but only attest those pages (is what im planning) I see no importance in attesting a blank page in the passport.

Though see what the experts say..
