Because u did not provide English test at the time of ur ILR that means u did not satisfy English requirement to acquire ILR therefore they asked u to supply new test I think.

You should have submitted toefl test at the time of Nat. Application as an evidence that u met English requirement b4.

Your test was probably too old and it's not on HO accepted qualifications list.

I applied in Nov. 2015 and waiting for outcome however it's too early to expect outcome. But guideline says after 12 Nov.2015 test has to b in approved centre and acceptable list of qualifications but I applied on 4th Nov. So it does not apply to me.

I don't know why some people making confusion on which test to submit because it clearly says in the guideline If someone met the koll requirement at the time of ILR he/she does not have to demonstrate language ability again. I submit my expired (IELTS) with Nat. Application in November after asking...

Although your application was approved however HO may be looking for a reason to refuse application in case of not paying CCJ payments in time. Therefore HO held the approval until u supplied evidence of CCJ payments. :wink:

Have you ever heard they are doing fast job to clear the backlog? I have been hearing about this backlog from last 15 years with giving different lame excuses and it's never been cleared. We pay large amount of money to receive at least minimun service quality. :mrgreen:

I am also a November applicant and payment has not been taken yet. According to the timeline November payments has not been started yet for most of applicants except one. I applied on 4th Nov. NCS people are not enough trained to give right information. So be careful when you are using NCS service. :twisted:

I pointed out the NCS lady mistake to one of their senior staff and she said exactly this
( Because u did not ticked the box therefore no action will be taken)
I don't understand what does it mean exactly?

CR001 is very right. Did u have special circumstances for ticking the box.?
I just left the box blank but NCS lady left the statement as it was.

Of course they are facilitator as well as nationality checking service provider to make sure form is filled up correctly but in my case they stopped me to do right action therefore they are the one who are responsible for this mistake. After all we pay fee for this service. Hope u understand my poin...
