I pointed out the NCS lady mistake to one of their senior staff and she said exactly this
( Because u did not ticked the box therefore no action will be taken)
I don't understand what does it mean exactly?

CR001 is very right. Did u have special circumstances for ticking the box.?
I just left the box blank but NCS lady left the statement as it was.

Of course they are facilitator as well as nationality checking service provider to make sure form is filled up correctly but in my case they stopped me to do right action therefore they are the one who are responsible for this mistake. After all we pay fee for this service. Hope u understand my poin...

That's why I asked NCS lady to delete it but she said to leave as it is and leave the box un-ticked.
Will this cause any issue at all?

Sorry to clarify I completed all form myself but wasn't sure about how to answer that particular question only so I did not ticked the box and asked her we should delete the line but she said leave it like that then I did not argue that and left it like that.

I had an appointment with NCS yesterday while completing the question in declaration related to( *delete if not applicable). NCS lady did not deleted that line of para neither ticked the front box even after asking by me. She just said leave it like that. So i am wondering now will It cause any prob...

For further info. And confirmation u can call to ukvi nationality helpline to make certain about that but I think If someone has already proved his English ability at the time of ILR he/she does not require to prove again because it was already proved & accepted however it is my opinion only.

You don't need to do this test again as u have already demonstrated English ability in your ILR. The other person is giving u wrong advise. That transitional period applies only on immigration application not on naturalisation. My IELTS is even expired and I m using it for naturalisation next month....

Naturalisation and fine( urgent )

my naturalisation application is due in (October 2015 ) but would like to know if the following would impact it 1. Court fine in 2009 for travelling without fare. Declared in ILR and granted last year. 2. Last week got FPN for spitting on the street by council enforcement officer. No court involved....

Just to clarify that in the last 12 months only one FPN. 2pcn in 2012 and 1 Pcn in 2009.
Will it cause problem ? So 4 all together in 6 years.

FPN and Naturalisation

Hi
My naturalisation application is due in 1 month and I have been issued FPN by enforcement officer for spitting on street.
1.Will it cause problem in my naturalisation application?
2. I have 3 parking tickets (Pcn) in last 5 years do I need to declare them all ?

Just to let u know i m in the same situation like you and
Confirmed from NCS that there is no need to do english test again if showed at the time of ILR. Just tick the box u met koll requirement after oct 2013.

thanks for reply it was court fine about £250 ( surcharge included) in mid 2009. for not touching oyster in underground. student Extension granted in jan 2010. without disclosing. now 5 year gone and ILR due( long residency) but now i find out i did mistake. i thought its not a criminal conviction. ...
