try http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/pointscalculator if the calculator gives you 10 points for English on your course so you ok, if not so you need an English test

No problem at all, DVLA will ask for passport and your right to live in the UK so will you will get your documents back with your provisional licence, fill another application and ask for change your name with your marriage certificate then you will get them back with your new name on it.. U cam change any paper work in UK with your marriage certificate so when its time for your passport so your husband sure name will b used.. Your passport and the ard just when you are travelling in the UK you can use driving licence as id and no one will know about any other names you don't like .. ...

how did you claim points in English in first Tier 1 on 2009? if you have a qualification taught in English like master degree then I think you are safe ,,

just print out the payment you done online and nothing to worry about because to confirm you booking you should pay so its sorted and don't fill the payment sheet on set(0)

ohhh worst case scenario is if u didnt score the min points so u not eligible for extension :cry: , u will need to find another visa type matching ur criteria

u don't need to be register, income from overseas is acceptable once you can prov it by 2 diffrent evidence and any support doc extra will be helpful in your case because the time is a bit critical and hope not b tricky for the case worker in your case

its luck, and finger cross every time u try to log in the website, most of this board users had the same problem, so if u lucky find an appointment in person or apply by post, but make your application and file ready in case some one cancel in 48 hours in advance or so
