Re: Getting Married to an EU national while non-eu on IS96 but passport available

A remarkably similar ILR refusal post was made earlier this week, see here (click) . Your previous questions re FLR(FP), which I assume is regarding the same person, here (click) EEA EFM does count if he had a residence permit. As he was refused on the EEA route, he is an overstayer from when his la...

Re: Form AN 2.4 EEA and Swiss question.

The same form is used for ALL applicants from ALL nationalities. For example, I am South African (not EU citizen) so DO NOT complete section 2, which is ONLY for EU nationals, and I skip to section 3 after completing section 1. Surely you understand what 'if you are NOT an EU.....' means? The key wo...

Re: SET (Protection) Route applications

So I’m not disappointed because the HO take their time and study applications but the case if they accept my ILR application so my ILR should start from the last stay end ideally it should start 01/09/2017 It doesn't work like that. You only have ILR status when the application is decided. This is ...

Re: Tier 5 charity worker visa refused

You need a new CoS if you are going to reapply. They cannot amend the CoS that has already been used.

AR is for when HO has made an error in deciding your application. What error do you believe HO has made?

Re: Check the status of your application online - New service

For what its worth (and if it helps with the stress of waiting...) I saw this in the FT newspaper last week, which puts the delay a lot of us are experiencing in context: "Applications for British citizenship from the 14 “original” EU member countries including Germany, France and Italy have more t...

Different times, usually a couple of weeks apart.

Declared on both occasions- not likely to lie to hmrc
You mean HO not HMRC (tax man).

Surprised then that a family permit was issued.

Re: SET (Protection) Route applications

It is starts from the date of decision. Oh that is disappointing Why is it disappointing?? Then I when I need to apply for citizenship I need 12 month IRL at least and then that will start from decision date not from last stay expairy date, am I right? Correct yes (unless you are married to a Briti...

Re: SERIOUSLY NEED HELP

CR001 Yes i think the OP wants to use the 180 days absence to include in the 5 years of tier 1. I tried calculating and i think that doesnt work. Its hard with all the visa dates, entry, exits not written in one place. i think the OP still falls short of 7 months, even if they include the 180 days ...

Secondly where it is asking me for BRP and NI I presume I can leave that blank ? Clearly as your child doesn't have these. Thirdly, I have an A-rated sponsor and I h...

The ILR will be refused. The way you have posted t...
