Re: Can I have different categories of visas at the same time?

Your tier 4 would have been cancelled when the tier 5 was granted. You cannot hold two different UK visas.

Your tier 5 vignette is also likely only a 30 day validity and not the full two years, so presumably you have collected your BRP card from your nominated Post Office?

Re: Application for Spouse

Only a British child is not included in the financial requirement. If the child is not yet British, then yes, HO will likely expect to see the higher financial requirement.

You need at least 1 months payslip and corresponding bank statement to proof you meet the £35,800 or what your SOC states, whichever is HIGHER.

Re: Enquiries about my wife's 2.5 yrs spouse visa (5yrs route)

My wife arrived in the UK in May this year. I would like to ask during her 2.5 years visa period, do I have to continuously earn £18,600 per year during the whole period or is it just the 6 months prior to her applying for her FLR(M) visa? No. You simply need to meet the requirements at the time of...

You can use an expired test that was used for a previous application AND it is still on the CURRENT HO approved test provider list.

Re: Tier 2( Gen) to ILR after 5 years employment

You cannot work for another employer on your current visa. You are only permitted to work for your tier 2 sponsor.

If you want to change jobs, you have to apply for a new visa with a new sponsor.

Re: Leave to remain for litigation

No, there is no such visa category.

If the person whose visa expired is outside the UK, they will have to apply for a normal visitor visa and meet all the requirements.

Note also that divorces in England do not have court hearings. Divorce is granted on papers submitted.

Re: Absence >90days from UK in last 12months, however last 5 yrs 440 days

You are overthinking this whole process. Absence letter from employer is NOT required and will be disregarded. Your absence in the last 12 months is MINIMALLY above the limit and has already been advised when you asked previously, absences of 110 days in the last 12 months are usually ok. The reside...

There is no 3 year known requirement for children.

She needs TWO referees, on professional of any nationality ideally someone engaged with the child in a professional capacity and the other referee must be British and over 25.
