Otherwise no one can offer advice as no one knows your circumstances. If you expect any useful advise, it is useful to state what yo...

Re: Tier 2 PBS dependent visa

There is an existing timeline topic for in country Tier 2 (main and dependent) applicants. We don't need another one. https://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-2-employer-sponsored-visas/in-country-tier-2-application-timelines-t60823-2040.html Standard application is up to 8 weeks, sometimes longer.

Re: Leave my job after getting ilr

You are free to leave and work for any employer once you have ILR or not work if you can't for valid reasons to be able to claim benefits. Making yourself unemployed would likely disqualify you from certain benefits.

Re: Certificate of entitlement

You are only British once you attend your ceremony.

Any particular reason you don't want to apply for a British passport?? It is cheaper than ROA/COE and this also expires with your passport and has to be reapplied when you get a new passport each time.

Re: Travelling while ILR is in process

You cannot upgrade to priority now after you have applied etc.

You risk your visa being cancelled when you return, as the document clearly states that you are referring to, as the IO will see your full immigration history and that you have an application pending while you traveled out of the UK.

1. Re: Tier 2 second job

For ILR, your second job is not taken into consideration at all. The ILR salary requirement you must meet is only the income from your tier 2 sponsor.

Nothing you need to explain to HO either.

She can't use the test. She needs a minimum B1 level English test from a test provider in the current HO list, ie IELTS SELT or IELTS Trinity

You were already advised in 2018 that long residence ilr starts counting from the date you entered the UK and not the date your visa was initially granted. Nothing has changed in the rules. https://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/ilr-query-when-to-apply-tier-2-ict-visa-extended-...

You should have applied at the same time she did.

You must apply before your visa expires.
