Re: Criminal Case Filled in India

Thank you very much for your response and the link for the previous post, it is helpful. As of now, HC has granted a stay for the case, can I apply based on the stay being granted or will this help in getting the decision. Also, if the case is quashed then should I still need to mention it during m...

Re: Can I change the entry clearance dates if I can't fly that time period?

I'm due to receive my visa any day now, and requested for the entry date Jan 15, but because I am going to receive it may be like Nov 20 for example. Will I get Dec 1- Dec 30? If so is there any way we can pay and change the dates and extend it further? If you have clearly stated a travel date, it ...

Re: when will visa Expires will im Outside UK

You don't need a new CoS if you are continuing with the same employer.

You only need a new CoS if you are changing sponsors.

Re: Changing Employer while on Tier 2 visa (job is on SOL)

You need an Unrestricted CoS to apply for a new tier 2 visa to change sponsor.

You need to pay the visa fee and the IHS.

Re: Need advise

What is your UK immigration history prior to winning the appeal?? Also, what was the initial visa in 2012 refused for?? What date was the appeal allowed and what date was your visa issued? By being granted a 2.5 year visa, you are under the 9th July onwards rules. What did you not challenge ho back...

Re: Need advise

Only one form usually for the visa but after your appeal you were granted leave on the 10 years route through FLR fp. By changing to FLR m, you reset your lock to a new 5 year route and would need 60 months on the new route before you qualify for ilr. You cannot combine some time from the 10 year ro...

Re: Tier 2 ict -> tier 2 dependent

You have super priority (£800) or standard option. You might have the £500 priority option, I am not sure.

You are required to inform your employer when you change your visa and get a new brp card and they are required to update the SMS system and report changes to ukvi.

Re: Tier 2 dependent visa - help

If i am applying for kid's visa from India , do i need to get specific approval (for e.g. from UKVI) for kid's dependent visa? or No. Do you mean that i should directly apply for kid's dependent visa from India? Because in this case my wife's visa is valid until July 2020 before it falls due for re...

Re: Mn1 for child born before ilr.

1..please don't tag onto other members topics.

Your child is not automatically British and cannot apply directly for a passport.

A UK born child born before you got ilr has to be registered as British on form MN1 first before you can apply for a passport.

The Immigration Rules Appendix FM clearly state the requirement for ILR. Your FLR m put on a new 5 year route and you need 60 months on FLR m. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-fm-family-members Section E-ILRP: Eligibility for indefinite leave to remain as a pa...

The refund is automatic and refunded to the card used to pay the IHS. Nothing you need to do and refunds can sometimes take a few weeks/couple of months.

Hi all! My partner applied for the FLR (M) visa. So at the end of day Friday we received an email letting us know that the application was being prepared for review by an Entry Clearance Officer. Early this morning we received an email that a decision has been made on our application. I am a number...

Re: Is free early education and childcare falls in public funds ?

15 hours per week child care is public fund and if you are not British or an ILR holder, you don't qualify. The free 15 hour childcare is not part of the public funds as it is a universal entitlement but the 30 hour extended is considered claiming public funds. https://www.immigrationboards.com/cla...

Clarify with the nursery whether they mean the 30 hours child care.
