Re: FURTHER SUBMISSIONS REFUSED TWICE.

What is your full UK Immigration history?

From your previous posts, you seem to have been trying to claim asylum for more than 2.5 years, with no success. Zimbabwe was removed form the at risk list a long time ago. You have little chance of success.

Re: Home office email

They didn’t ask for my identification documentation like passport copy, brp etc. You will likely have to provide this at biometric appointment or upload it yourself to the UKCVAS portal if not already done. I have emailed them the required documents but have received no confirmation. Just want to k...

Re: FLR(M) and Biometric queries

Useful if you could state what exactly the emails state! If you have opted out of reuse, then you have to attend UKCVAS to enroll biometrics when you are able to get an appointment.

Also, please do not tag your questions onto other members topics. Post split to your own thread.

Re: British Citizen registration

Hi everyone I want your help here. I got a query. Please share your experience if you had any of such case. My query is that I want to register my son who is not born in the UK as a British citizen. He is an EU citizen with settled status for more than a year. I am an EU citizen with Settled status...

Re: Tier 4 - marriage cancelled due to COVID-19

I just wanted to ask, I am sure I read somewhere that you can use the current biometric data if you have them already, is this true? It is not up to the applicant to decide. UKVI will identify those who qualify for biometric reuse and the applicant will be notified by email (presumably the solicito...

Re: SET O application

HO is processing all applications. Your visa expiry date is irrelevant.

You can cancel your application and get a refund minus an admin fee (a refund takes a while) provided you have not enrolled biomterics.

Why not just wait a bit if you have the visa validity to wait.

It is from when paper applications were made so that if a photo becomes detached, it can be matched up with the form. Ukvi could, even now, still ask for the originals.

No need to return. It is only those who have BRP ILR cards that must return the cards.

For ilr your qualifying time starts from the date your visa was issued initially and NOT the date you entered the UK.

Re: Proof of 5 years residence for naturalisation

Do I need to include only two recent non-British passports covering the last 6 years? Citizenship is based on the last 5 years. So yes, passports for last 5 years. And do I also need to upload the entry and exit stamps in these passports or just main page of passports with photo and all details on ...

Re: IDV app *opt-out* Timeline

Please post in the existing topic on biometrics we already have. This can also be added as an extra line(s) to the existing TIMELINE ONLY topics in the existing format.

We don't need yet another long running topic that runs off course and becomes difficult to moderate.

She can do B1.

Remember that she can only use the B1 test in the future if it and the test centre remains on the official ho list further down the line. The list is reviewed and changed at least twice a year.

Re: Settle in the UK: long residence

Can I apply 28 days before my eligibility period. Yes, within 28 days before the 10th anniversary of the date you entered the UK. If I can, then on the form where it says "How long have you lived in the UK?" should I say 10 years or 9 years and 11 months? Either. Ukvi know the rules. Others can ans...
