What exactly did you apply for? A replacement BRP or a vignette transfer? See link below (which contains links to the process).

Re: European National as a employee (Zimba)

Also it is now a tendency among all solicitors I consulted in the past to misguide/mislead the applicants, scaremonger us so they keep in business, I have successfully extended my visa by employing EU national who had no settled status or ILR, nor citizenship in UK. It is sometimes mandatory to ...

Re: Eligible for ILR(10 year route) but my wife is not

FLR(M) - 5 year route to ILR - Must meet financial and English requirement.

FLR(FP) - 10 year route to ILR - must meet English requirement. This is used for people who do not meet the financial requirement.

Re: Eligible for ILR(10 year route) but my wife is not

Thats great, thanks for your reply, We do have a child who was born in the UK, I will not apply for my child's extension as she was born in the UK and I can apply for her British passport when I get ILR. No you can't. Only a British Citizen can apply for a British passport, your child is not ...

Level 1 is very basic and level 2 is a two day course. Suggest do your own research or ask on the forum, at least you can get lots of contributors.

The point is, he has given you incorrect advice. You can employ an EU citizen.

Re: Eligible for ILR(10 year route) but my wife is not

Whereas I am applying for ILR based on 10 year long residency, 10 year route is not included in FLR(M) The 'xx route' does not apply to YOUR route. It is how long it will take your wife to get ILR, i.e. 5 year route. She will be on a 5 year route on FLR(M) - 2 x 2.5 year visas. If you have no ...

Re: Eligible for ILR(10 year route) but my wife is not

FLR(M) if you meet the financial requirement and she meets the English requirement. You do realise that this FLR(M) application will reset her clock to zero and she will be on a new 5 year route to ILR (2 X 2.5 year visas). She also has to pay the immigration health surcharge of £500 in addition to ...

You don't need SU07 for spouse/child settlement.

For the visa form you include your details. For IHS they should apply alone.

We hope to be able to convince ECO about sole responsibility as my wife is single daughter and looked after her son all his life. You should be aware that unless she shows and ...

Re: Urgent help on ihs fees - Settlement dependent applicati

If your wife is applying for a spouse settlement visa then yes, child will apply for a spouse settlement visa too. They must 'apply alone', i.e. not input your details. Not sure why you are getting £0 for IHS. I have not had to use IHS so not familiar with the online system as don't have log in ...

Are you sure it is a new CoS and not the old one you initially were issued for tier 2 that they are just 'recycling?

HR department or whoever should see if it can be sorted via the SMS system or contact the HO employer helpline.

Did you update your 'sponsor' with your correct details?

Is your sponsor a proper HO approved sponsor/employer or an agency/umbrella company?

The BRP has no relevance to Indian immigration. It is for UK immigration and re-entry only.
