With the current information that you provide, it is alsmost certain you need stamp and sign because it is printed on plain paper. This is also applicable to someone who are working int he UK. This is not a grey area but it is written clearly on the guidance. I tbelieve you understand why they are a...

pyke The main point here is that not because they simply don't consider it a worthwhile investment . It is not your company immigrate in the UK but it is you, isn't it ?. However, it is common sense to think that the companies like I have mentioned before are highly unlikely to be able to pay the sa...

Re: Thanks

In the current rule, even you were Canadian (you were born there) you still need either a letter from university mentioning that your BSachelors degree medium of instruction is english or submit IELTS of 6.0. There is already a case like this has been reported in this forum. But it is entirely up to...

Dear arno294 Sorry to hear your case. Because this is critical issue you have better check it with NARIC. It is just about £40 so you do not loose too much. I fully believe you willnot get 100% assurance from this forum for the complicted casse like yours. Only NARIC could give you the answer. Howe...

There is no such requirements. The main points is to pass the point threshpold of 75 points. Re: IELTS - Academic or General?

Both general and academic IELTS are acceptable
If you are just using it entirely dfor HSMP purpose, General IELTS is recomended as a lot of people have testified that It is earsier than academic IELTS.

It is only what is declared on your pay slip and taxable will be considered as part of Salary/previous earning. Anyway, where is the rational to claim, entertainment, meals, etc as part of income. In the UK, if you attend a meeting (on duties), you get Milliage claim, meals, accomodation, etc This i...

U will get 2 years. Do not talk about the new system it has not been implemented yet. Hi, I got my HSMP approval in Dec07. If I go for Visa stamping after the new rules come into effect, will I get the visa for 2 years or is it for 3 years. Any information about this will be very useful. Thanks Amit.
