Re: FLR(M) extension: partner self emplyed recently

what I am worried about is - the savings is from "remortgage" of a property. I haven't sold the property - so essentially we have taken our equity from the property and we have borrowed more from bank. And it is mentioned in case of saving - the money should not be borrow and somewhere else I read -...

Re: FLR(M) extension: partner self emplyed recently

It has been there in my account from more than 6 month. I also receive rental income 1350 per month in my account. But my h...

Re: Tier 1 Dependent extension -documents help

Many thanks!
One more query - My husband's british citizenship application has been approved (15 June 2016). He will take oath on 6 Aug.
I am wondering whether I will be considered as "family member of UK citizen" and will be exempt of surcharge? My son (minor) is also British passport holder.

Re: Tier 1 Dependent extension -health surcharge

many thanks for prompt reply.

I started the dependent application. I am confused about health surcharge. My husband has ILR (after 5 years as Tier 1 general).

Should I choose - apply alone or applying to join ?

thanks

Re: citizenship based on parent of 7 year old british son

I was wondering if any of the procedure changes (ILR/Naturalization) due to my husband's British Citizenship? My son already has British Citizenship. Once you are granted ILR, if your husband is British at that point, you can apply straight away for citizenship and will not have to wait 12 months o...

Re: citizenship based on parent of 7 year old british son

My partner applied for naturalization based on 5 year rule - tier1+ extension.

Our only mistake is that I became his dependent on 2014 not on July 2012 (since when the rules changed for partner of pbs).

Re: transfering money from India to UK

I did some research on it- indian nationals can transfer 125K dollors legally per financial year (which runs from march-april -I think).
But you will need to contact bank in india to check the details. - not many people in india know this. I got this information from govt india website.
