I think you need not worry just provide all details and proofs related to CCJ with ILR application. I somehow have different take on this whole scenario 1) Economy activity in Tier 1 (General) doesn't matter, but what matters is legality of continuity. i had summary warrant from Sheriff Court with additional 10% added to arrears but nothing was beyond this. So i paid full amount and got receipt for same.
