Print it out and sign them accordingly to your circumstances. Most Consent form 1 and 2 will apply but consent form 3 may not apply.

Don’t over burden yourself with stress. There’s nothing with your application, I have seen some other people whose applications have been straightforward received the same email. It might be due to backlog of applications which are still pending. Hang in there

If you are not a EU member so I do not believe you will qualify under the EU route except under U.K. immigration rules which is appendix FM because you have a settled status.

Spouse visa falls under family based applications.

I would think it is better to apply for your children passport first before travelling but that would also depend on how long the processing will take.

Are you born in the UK, naturalised & adopted or abroad?
