Re: Pros and Cons for British Economy by allowing NonEU Pare

Let's be honest,if they allow that then the next we're going to ask for is our brothers and sisters to be allowed next. A lot of us will abuse it,the country has been through all that before. I know if it were possible some of us will bring ALL of our family members down here,it's good for individu...

Re: I need advice

@Greenie Read carefully. 'The attestation stated that i was born into the family of Mr -- (father) and Mrs -- (mother)'. The attestation gave my step mother's name. She is my step mother but the attestation of birth didn't list her as such but said mother. The attestation of birth didn't list her a...

Re: Single or Multiple UK Visitor application

Your online visa4uk account will cover both the visa applications, and under this you will be given choice of appointments, that point you can select. If I remember correctly for my parents visa it was a single appointment. don't remember; but you should be ok.

Re: Single or Multiple UK Visitor application

For ease of use you may create single online account for visa applications. each applicant to have separate online visa application filled. each application will cover other applicants details travelling together.

Why not family visitor visa,(assuming you are permanent resident here)?

Do you have legal tenancy agreement from your in-laws?
Also would council allow for their tenants to offer further sub-tenancy?

From what you wrote there isn't sufficient evidence of his ties to his home country and that he will return from the UK to his home country.

You as a sponsor cant guarantee for his return.

Thanks deathgaze1. I have a cut off date which means I will be leaving the country on that date. If my landlord come to know that I wouldn't be around to chase him, do you think he will be polite in all dealings and will return my deposit even if I hand over the property in good shape? More comment...

Trying to contact HO for such things is just banging head on the wall. just that. There is sometimes eligibility check prior to decision whether you are eligible, but here its foreign passport and its not mandatory to register under MN1, so HO will go ahead and issue ILR to minor on her/his passport...

Had you submitted application after application? How many refusals earlier and reasons?

I suspect you may have red flagged your case very badly by this domino effect.

Re: Non paid TAX and naturalisation

How is it that I am a person with bad character when Govt body dont fulfill their responsibilities - I do things by the letter of the law, do my community service etc. A branded joke!!! PAYE employment shouldn't be of any issue at all. I see you taking a wrong view of the whole thing. Self employed...

Re: Non paid TAX and naturalisation

ask HMRC to provide you with a letter stating the tax adjustment arrangement as you discussed. Then copy of this letter you can submit with your paperwork to be on safer side. I think this should be more than enough as you are in employment and not self employed. its standard practice for hMRC to ad...

Re: Non paid TAX and naturalisation

Shace318, HMRC is never lax whatever lower the amount is. Usually they will send letters straight away demanding the dues with interest and penalties. In your case there must have been communication gone to your PAYE agent/past address etc. As advised by others, if I were you I would settle the HMRC...

Thanks people, I haven't come across the 7 or 8 year rules as you say. My understanding was for a child even if born in the UK citizenship can not be gained unless one of the parents was of British citizen. In this case the parents who are on student visas are expecting to derive British citizenship...

Yes and once the visa is issued this will be enforced by the immigration officers at the entry ports in the UK. If they suspect the pattern they can refuse entry.

Business visits are completely different issue to family visitor.
