Has anyone applied for ILR protection route online? How much is the charge to use the priority service or any other charges?

Question is how much would we have to pay for those premium/priority services?...
There’s no fee for the application but maybe a charge to use those services? ...

There’s no set p form there anymore. Everyone will have to apply online.

not until next year...
i think most people apply by post..however online can speed the process up too..
ive not seen anyone on here whos applied online... or perhaps i missed their post.

I heard from a friend her work colleague recently received 3 year extension after his 5 year leave And he applied in March ... and that they give another 3 year and 2 year extension after 5 year refugee leave to those who have criminal conviction.. so I think they’ve made it like a 10 year route them

Hi

Has anyone been granted citizenship after refugee ilr? And was an overstayer before claiming asylum?
I think with good character requirement now they require u to spend 4 more years to make it 10 years without any bad record.

Any one related to this? Id appreciate the advice.

Hi everyone
Good to see that people are getting positive decisions after march 2017 safe return review thingy. I've still got until 2019 to wait :-/ don't know what the rules are going to be by that time.....

this applies to me as i had become an overstayer (student visa) as a result of going through domestic violence, could not go back as my family was here and i needed there support was overstayed in may 2011 applied for human rights application in august 2011, refused october 2012, appeal hearing augu...

over 18 with family applied for article 8

What happens to children over the age of 18 and their parents have applied on the basis of article 8 family life with their underage children, n the family been here for almost 10 years? Would the home office consider their over 18 children with them? as they've always lived together.
