Re: Red light contravention and Naturalisation

HI Thanks for reply Can i ask where you are in terms of the process? Regards Yeah if its 1 within the last 12 months .. it wouldn't effect the application But if its few, then that might affect your application as it is an indication that you have no respect to the law. Biometrics done and awaiting...

Re: Naturalisation and red light crossing penalty

Well, they specifically asked to declare all the motoring offences although, they said it wouldn't effect the applications (unless there are number of them) So, I think not declaring them would put us in trouble Here is someone who gave a good explanation http://www.immigrationboards.com/british-cit...

Re: Rejected citizenship application

Hi vinny I am Romanian and I was required to apply for a work permit at the time. As a student I was allowed to work for 20 hours per week and for this they issued the 'yellow card' in 2009. In 2010 I applied for the full work permit - the 'blue card' or the Registration Card. My application was re...

Re: 10 years employment history for naturalisation

If it is within the last 6 six years... then the HMRC might have the records...
If not give them dates as closely as possible... and mention that the dates are given as far as you have remember them (in the extra information section)
