Re: Ent Visa to ILR but Ent extension for dependents

Your dependents have to complete separate tier 1 dependent forms. You cannot add them to your ILR form. It is two different category applications. They can continue extending the current dependent visa till they qualify for ILR. If your ILR fails, their dependent visa will also fail. Very many than...

Re: Ent Visa to ILR but Ent extension for dependents

Additional info

Regarding job creation. I applied for extension of my Entrepreneur Visa in Feb 2016 but got my approval in Oct 2016. My longest serving employee has been with me since Jan 2015. Would I start counting from Feb 2016 or Oct 2016 to meet the post extension job creation requirement?

Ent Visa to ILR but Ent extension for dependents

Hello house I would be applying for ILR via Ent Visa route by the end of the month. My entrepreneur visa expires in Oct 2018 but I have already spent 5 years on Entrepreneur Visa, since I got my initial visa in Feb 2013. This means I am also covered by the transitional arrangement I intend to apply ...

Re: ILR via Ent Visa route with absences

As usual, thanks Zimba for you advise.

Does that mean if I pay £2,389 for my ILR, my dependents can still pay £1,277 each to extend their dependent visa?

Re: ILR via Ent Visa route with absences

Massive thanks Zimba

What type of visa would my current dependents need to apply for?

I intend to apply alone since my dependents have their Entrepreneur dependent visa till Oct 2018. But what happens IF I don't get a positive outcome by Oct 2018?

Re: ILR via Ent Visa route with absences

Thanks Zimba

Since I got my extension in Oct 2016 does that mean I currently can't apply for ILR since my settled employee would not have accumulated 24 months employment until Oct 2018?

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur to ILR

Although, I agree with this and am submitting letter from bank with my application but is the above part of the guidance not taken from Initial/Extension section rather than ILR section? I think the part he quoted was from the Extension Section and not ILR which is page 39 of the current guidance a...

I think in Exceptional Circumstances the 180 day rule can be waived. See page 18.

Re: Tier1 Ent 5 yrs route to ILR supporting fund evidence

Are you referring to Maintenance Funds? I don't think maintenance funds is a requirement for ILR via Ent Visa. The visa is points based and I don't think you get points for maintenance funds.

Re: T1E visa (£50k/share capital) extended after 8 months!!!

During your interview did they ask questions about the information you supplied on for 06 Oct i.e business contracts , how ...

Re: Long Waiting Time - Email to Amber Rudd (The Home Secret

I have actually been waiting for 7 months! I applied in February and had my interview in May. It is clearly unfair and unacceptable for HO to delay applications for this long. It is even a shame that legally we cannot even complain. Our applications can be delayed for over 12 months and we have no l...
