This post I only created to help board members who facing difficulties while sending their EEA's partner passport or while requesting back their EEA's partner passport. If National ID card fulfill this requirement then this problem can be solved with it.

How can we predict from their slow behavior that they have no time to surf the websites? But I suspect that they employ temporary agency seasonal workers to deal these free applications.

under british law if the couple are divorced then the woman has got right to claim 50% share on the wealth/property of man (husband). Is that correct? Does the EEA wife has got same right?

I am agree to this point but according to this criteria and based on the situation its only 5 days out of 28 days being overstayed with 23 days remaining because on the 5th day of refusal decision they get new application that approved later. isn't it.

I believe it should not break 10 years residence based on the sense too that in 2nd application the visa has been granted promptly followed by 1 more psw visa with no problem and for psw visa under old rule there were 20 points for the legal study period that means its not break at all. any ...
