Re: Visit Visa Experience from Pakistan OR from any where el

@ roxyali3005

Where did you applied the visa from ?

Is it visit visa for 3 months ?

What is your status ? Irish passport holder or on any visa ?

Is that for your parents / spouse / brother / sister ?

Did you ever tried to contact INIS ? If yes, what response do you get ?

Thanks,

@ Hamza2013 - Thanks for your reply but my parents visa is only a 3 month C-Visit category. It shouldn't take over 6 months.

Re: Re-entry visa

@Llian2345: Yes you will get the visa straight from the officer. Once you have your appointment, make sure you are in the office 5 mins before of your appointment time and they will call your name. You will present your documents and within few mins the officer will issue you your visa. alternativel...

Best to talk to the department of foreign affairs OR to the Irish embassy. I think you have great chances to claim citizenship through your ancestors.

Good Luck

Re: Married before or after moving? help!

I agree with noajthan, best to get married first and than move to Ireland as join spouse visa will cost you over 6 months waiting and if you are coming here on a green card so, your spouse visa will be approved with your's one.

All the best..........

Re: Out of state for vacation

I think to renew your residence card you should not be absent from the state more than 90 days per calendar year and for citizenship you should not be absent more than 6 weeks per calendar year. If you are out of the state more than 6 weeks, the citizenship division will ask you for an explanation o...
