HI seagul, I just want to avoid that stressful waiting soo long time. Doesn't that would be more stressful & painful when you both will be away during the course of re-applying from outside the UK. At least with appeal you both will be together with high chances of overturning of the refusal decisi...

Re: PBS Dependent to FLR M Refused ( Main applicant is ILR LR)

Agreed with Casa, Appeal will not help in this issue. Please see this E-LTRP.2.1. The applicant must not be in the UK- (a) as a visitor; or (b) with valid leave granted for a period of 6 months or less, unless that leave is as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner, or was granted pending the outcome...

During application they were 2 options, 1) Tenancy agreement 2) Evidence for Council tax costs for accommodation where you live or to live. I have ticked second option and it took me to other section. I have provided 3 years ...

Re: Varying a Tier 2 dependant extension application to an ILR

You can try for Super Priority as i have not read anywhere which can stop you from doing so. Before during PSC appointments it was mentioned not to apply when waiting for a decision.

You are risking £610 which is worth trying in my opinion. Otherwise HO will consider it as a standard application.

Re: Evidence required for SET(LR) long residence 10 years route

As you fill the form it will ask you to provide evidence of your specific circumstances. I’m also applying soon. If you are married then it ask for Marriage cert and Corresspondance for last two years. If you have children it will also ask for Birth Certificates etc. I found online form simpler.
