Re: Illegal entry

I was reading this from the home office website; This page explains what the Immigration Rules say about entry or leave to remain when a person has an adverse immigration history. This is a general ground for refusal under paragraphs 320(7B), 320(11), and 322(3). What the rules require The rules sa...

Then MR is correct. :)

Don't use check and send. Fill the form up carefully and apply direct.

Why would you want to do fast track? Is there an emergency?

People don't have money to eat, so why would you want to waste money just for the buzz of having a instant red passport for the child?

"Family member of eu citizen" visa is for family members of any eu citizen excluding British Citizens. So, it has no relevance to you.

You can apply for the passport as soon as you get MN1 approved. You can take passport after 1 year, or 2 years or 10 years. You may even decide never to get a British passport for your kid. Having a passport or not having one will not change the fact that your kid is a British citizen once the appli...

There is no visa for ILR dependent. The visa is for "spouse of a person present and settled in UK".

So, when you had ILR, you were a person "present and settled in UK"

Now you have got BC, but you are still a person who is "present and settled in UK".

So.... you work it out now.

There is no point ringing them. They can't make changes over the phone. Check UKBA website. There is a contact email address for nationality. Plus check all the documents that came with certificate. I am sure there will be contact details somewhere with those docs.

But I have heard that to cut down costs, UKBA have started sending approval letters together with fast food takeaway leaflets.

I have also heard that to confuse applicants, letters are written in old Aramaic Language.

Another point I would like to put across. Since the new rules have come into effect, only one parent (or grandparent) dependent visa has been issued. Yes, just one. The rules are quite demanding now. If someone travel with her, then that person must be a British Citizen, and must stay in Pakistan un...
