Passport included?

also on form in section C4 i have to answer if i include my passport with yes or no(go to C5), c5 only got option lost/stolen/expired-return to national authorities.

Can you please confirm, that i can avoid visa fees by only applying for myself and my wife. where i can wait for my ILR decision and then apply for my 3 year old british born daughter.

If it is a signed for delivery, it would have a tracking number. Go down to the local PO and enquire why this was delivered without signature , and tell them you need a proof of delivery for the date it was delivered for you .. even if means you signing for a receipt there retrospectively. thanks f...

Instead it says notional salary. Notional = existing as or based on a suggestion, estimate, or theory; not existing in reality . I have applied for extension on 4th July and on 16th Aug I got refusal letter. However looking at the date of the letter it's dated 27th July. Got right of appeal. But will it be valid appeal????
