You are right, google is powerful, but I don't know if they are that pilot scheme or not. Where it is written there? Only that they are doing citizenship and passport.

They should be on your birth certificate.

Is somewhere full list of places which are part of that pilot scheme? I am from Bristol and I am not sure if I should go to Gloucester or Bristol because even lady on other side of line didn't know.

So if I understand correctly then they have time to appeal until 2017? If it is right then I can't see point because in 2017 it will be almost 6 years and that is the time when everyone from A8 can apply for citizenship anyway....
