Re: Pilot scheme centres

So now I have to cancel Gloucester and book Bristol ;) You don't have to cancel your current appointment if Gloucester offers JCAP. You can apply at any NCS, it does not have to be the NCS where you live. Really? how to do it now? Just call bristol NCS and tell them that I already have booking for ...

You are right, google is powerful, but I don't know if they are that pilot scheme or not. Where it is written there? Only that they are doing citizenship and passport.

Re: EEA PR APPLICATION Allowed absence from uk

Lets say that you come to uk 1.5.2010 OK? Your qualification year is counting from that day for next 365 days = 1.5.2010 - 1.5.2011 and so on for next 5 years. In this year you can be out from UK for 180 days and still be eligible for PR after 5 years. 5x180=900 days in total BUT.... If you want app...

Re: Extension of the Workers Registration Scheme 2009 Unlawf

So if I understand correctly then they have time to appeal until 2017? If it is right then I can't see point because in 2017 it will be almost 6 years and that is the time when everyone from A8 can apply for citizenship anyway....
Or not?

Re: Extension of WRScheme in 2009 was unlawful?

So i have looked on new EEA3 form (page 59) and A8 countries have to prove that they had WRS until 2011.
I though that they lost this case or why is it still there?
