Wrong advice mate. You can apply for student visa within UK, you don't have to leave UK to apply from home country for student visa. Hi you can apply for your ILR on 24th July 2014. And for your wife you need to apply FLR (m) form. Hi T.Ahmad, Your wife will be applying FLR(M) application form. Hi sorry to hear about ur situation but I m afraid you won't get the discretionary leave as you just been here for 5 years and you have no family n kids here that u can claim right to private life
