Re: Got student visa. How about old visa?

Thanks CR001. She still have her student dependent BRP with her. And UKVI did not say anything about cancellation of old visa or asked her to return it. Should not be her old visa valid until the start of new visa?

Dear Forum members, My friend has student dependent visa until May 2021. However she recently has got her own student visa from home country which is valid from 15 March 2019. Can she travel on her student dependent visa now as she cant travel on her own student visa until 15 March? Her husband is i...

Re: T1 ilr application form

I believe you still have 2 directors on your company and each of you have made half investment and contribution to the company. The question in form is not asking if u both are applying at the same time at first place but only asks if u are sole director or not which u are not. I think once u tick u...

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) to ILR

I have not made a mistake (showed over cleverness by generating FPSs by myself lolz) . I have not pointed out it either. However I have written in cover letter about attendance of my employees at work which is through electronic system by their entry cards. I said I m not providing cards as they are...

I have not sent any additional documents. I mentioned it in cover letter only.
I have not come across any thread where some one would have sent additional doc later with new system. Have u seen any?

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur to ILR

U got the right advise.
Recent business statement will work absolutely fine or u can get a letter from bank stating u r signatory for said business.
Best of luck for ur ILR.

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) to ILR

Yes. I submitted application on 18th night I think. My accountant suggested me to do nothing as according to him if I will try amending dates now, it will show flag on HMRC website which is not good. And its only 5 days difference so won't matter? And I have sent FPSs with genuine dates. My employee...

Yes you still are applying as a part of team. In cover letter you can mention that your team member has opt for ILR (LR).

Re: Query about docs required

well i dont think anyone can advise you about CW's mind. We all have seen cw behave unexpectedly and differently to the same situation. I dont think there is any other way to know this before going through personal experience. Why dont u contact HMRC to know what RTI FPS they hold for u? You are con...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur to ILR

You are given 2 months to book an appointment and u can upload documents before appointment or you can take them with you to Sopra to get scanned and upload if you dont have scanner in hand or dont find time to do it.

Her son is not getting any support from her husband as her husband lives on Govt provided resources. She lives in council house as single parent, getting all bene...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur to ILR

However people have mentioned another VIP costing huge money but hinted that it is through lawyers as up to...

Re: ILR Tier 1 JOB CREATION

Why UTR letter?
U need to provide Corporation Tax doc to show ur business is registered with HMRC. Any of these CT41G/CT600/CT603 etc.
For business u need
1. Business bank statement/bank letter
2. CT
3. CAR
For Job
1. RTI FPSs
2. Wage slips
3. Employees ID

Nothing more, nothing less.

I believe he should have dates as mentioned on FPSs he generated for me. I will visit him on Monday to know it. I went to HMRC to know it, they told me that if i amend dates in payroll, it will get updated on their system automatically. My accountant did not think so. Lats time he argued about it to...

Re: some questions while filling set o online form

Whether it will have impact on ILR or not depends on refusal statement. ILR or citizenship application has different merits than other visas. I am not saying it will certainly have impact. I superficially know one person who got student visa refused due to deception as college he showed was fake but...
