Can you reply EU 1 after 5 years with Stamp 4 EU FAM?

Dear guys,

A quick question, I am separating with my partner, so won't be able to provide necessary documents for EU 3, so can I re apply EU 1 as it is much simpler when my stamp 4 gets expired?

I think the website clear states, if you are not long together, you should inform the office and her visa would be cancelled immediately, but if she lived with you more than 3 years, she is entitled to apply EU 5 as a independence based on her previous relationship with you.

You need to get an apostile stamp on your birth certificate, and as far as I know, you have to send it back to your original country to get this stamp. They don't require this stamp unless your bc was issued from Ireland, or some other countries like France, Latvia,, ( few more countries, I can't re...
