However as a tip, it would be good to include your most recent payslips for a year and self attest your passport copy & BRP...

Is VAF10 still the required form that out of country dependents need to fill (after 9th July) or is there a new one?

Thanks to advise

Tier 1 dependent (outside UK) - Main applicant job status

My wife will be applying as a dependent in August 2012 (at VFS Cochin) using the VAF 10 March 2012 Dependent form. Due to personal reasons, I will be leaving my job this month hoping to start a new one in August. On the dependant application form, where it asks current occupation of main applicant, ...

Thanks for the reply guys. I plan to submit from June 2011 to May 2012 and as written dates in the box I have mentioned 01/06/2011 to 30/05/2012.

I believe this is acceptable?

1 year payslips

Is June 2011 to May 2012 the right set of payslips to show as one year. I know in hindsight yes but read some other conflicting posts of June 2011 - June 2012 as one year

thanks to clarify

Tier 1 PSW to Tier 1 Dependent

Hi,

My wife is a Tier 1 PSW visa holder and I am a Tier 1 General visa holder. My visa is due for renewal in July 2012. A friend of ours told us today that PSW visa holders cannot switch as Tier 1 dependents in country.

Is this the case?

Tier 1 extension queries (A puzzling one)

Hi, I read through various postings on this website but fail to find the answer to my question. On the extensions cost page, for main applicant and one dependent it costs £1500 + £750 if applied at the same time. Then what is the other cost line being shown if dependent is applying later i.e £1500 +...
