Change your ILR expiry date to 3 years ahead instead of 2024. I have the same situation now. This does not mean anything is wrong. If you check some threads on timelines lots of people don't get contacted and still get their visa.

Not clear on this. If an application is cancelled after submission I. E. application and IHS fees paid, do you get a refund for both the application and IHS fees or if due to error on the application the paid fees can be transferred to New application.
