Thanks Markie for the link. But how come umbrella co are illegal? I mean I cud not find so in the link. My frnds WP has been approved but unfortunately is abusing this fact.

Is there anything he can do against him?

Thanks all for you advice.

Actually my concern is if i join the new employer what if my old emplyer cancel my wp? In that case wven though i have wp under new employer my FLR was under old emplyer. so can i work or will taht be legal to work under that FLR?

Senior pls advice as I need to decide asap

Yes for maintainence fund you have to have required funds available for 3 months, not even a single day should have less.

Hi

Is it the last date of transfer into the bank account or last date of claim?

If I am claiming earning till 8 July 2008 and the salary is credited to account in August 12, the conversion rate will be considered for 8 July or august 12?

Sorry to hear about your case..

I cannot understand the reason of your refusal.. If the agent has considered ur net salary ( after Tax) and if u r getting enough points then why ur application is refused :shock:
