Re: Still waiting for a decision.....

My MP phoned the HO directly. I explained to her how I meet the financial requirements through income & savings and I think the HO have potentially put the app on hold in error. She advised me the HO have asked for the app to go back to the decision maker for re consideration - still waiting to hea...

Re: Still waiting for a decision.....

Hi guys. My partners application is at around 50 w/d - On hold email received. Interestingly, I complained that they aren't meeting priority service standards, and they refunded me the £550 priority fee! Hi Misskatie , could you please tell the process of that ? Cause i also paid priority fees and ...

Re: Still waiting for a decision.....

My partner received the Supreme Court hold email in may. I contacted my MP a few weeks ago explaining the situation & that it should never have been put on hold, as I the sponsor used an immigration solicitor for the application, so there is no doubt I don't meet the criteria. She responded to me la...

Re: Still waiting for a decision.....

My partner received the hold email, biometrics submitted 5.5.17 - 49 working days as 1 Uk bank holiday since then. He applied from Lima Peru. I checked the service standards and according to the site, as of May 2017, 100% of all settlement applications were decided within 60 days from Lima. So I'm h...

Re: Still waiting for a decision.....

I used priority and docs submitted 5.5.17, not too sure how many working days that's classed as. I've got my MP looking into it. She has just advised me that she spoke to the HO and they have passed the application back to the decision maker for re consideration, as I as the sponsor meet all the re...

Re: Still waiting for a decision.....

It's £5 for the first email and all emails after that are free. They have just replied saying my partners application was escalated 30.6.17 and usually it takes 10 w/d for a response. Looks like they're already sick of me

Re: Still waiting for a decision.....

From what I've read on the previous thread about this, and other sites, it seems like anyone who has received the on hold email hasn't had a response. Some have been waiting since December. I'm not withdrawing my partners application. I paid for a solicitor to ensure I met every single factor and I ...

Re: uk spouse visa on hold :(

I'm the sponsor and I'm in the north east of England. My partner applied in April, did his interview may 5th and recieved the Supreme Court on hold email may 18th. I've had nothing since. Yesterday I paid (begrudgingly) for an email and I got an almost instant response saying "your application has b...

Re: uk spouse visa on hold :(

I don't know if my local MP would look in to my case as it's only been 5 weeks since my partner has his visa interview. I am tempted to email him though just to see if he can chase up answers as to why the hold and when we might start hearing back. If the minimum income was to change, there is Surel...

Re: uk spouse visa on hold :(

My partner has only received the on hold email. I believe I meet the financial requirement - income £15,000 and savings of £35,000 - meaning my income Around £22k. I'm wondering if I've got the pause email because the HO are looking into the savings aspect. However, it clearly states you can use sa...
