Re: Applied online on 22/2 but received an email today????

I hope they send out decision made email as well. Do you think I should contact them and ask? Also I can’t remeber if some other people on the forum have received this email twice? I don’t think there is any need to contact them, just to spend good money for the atrocious service. We should just be...

Re: Still Haven't Received confirmation Email for Priority Application

I passed biometrics on the 8th of March, my documents were scanned and received by UKVI on the 9th of March. I received their confirmation email on the 5th of April. No decision yet. It is a priority application.

You should submit your right to live in the application country, like residence card.

Re: Spouse visa refused Pakistan

That is the general feeling among people about Hone Office. We've sent email to complaint Team and received an automatically generated response. Seems like they won't help either. So you're right appeal might be the only solution. We're thinking of appealing and reapplying as well. Could someone co...

Re: Spouse visa refused Pakistan

I think they do it in purpose to decrease migration and to have more money from poor families who want to reunite together. It is absolutely unfair and destroys people’s lives and health.

I am sure 90% of people who can afford, they reapply, just because the appeal timelines are insane.

I had a different reason for rejection, however whatever we tried didn’t help. The only possibility was an appeal.

Re: Email from UK Decision making Centre asking for Sponsor supporting documentation

As seagul wrote you in another thread, if you have a kind ECO, they will check for your additional documents or request it before refusing. So, taking into account, that it was your own mistake not to attach the marriage certificate, I wouldn't make a fuss about 30 business days and just wait for th...

Re: Email from UK Decision making Centre asking for Sponsor supporting documentation

Today, its 30th working day and still no decision made by UKVI. We have called up premium service number and escalated the case. Most frustrating part is We had chosen Priority visa service by paying around 600 Euros extra which they had promised decision will be made within 30 days. And now we hav...

Re: Fiancé visa

It's good idea. Apart of emailing, send them your request in writing by post as well. Correspondence in papers still have importance than emails. Yes, seagul is right, send him an official letter as well, because emails are phone calls are handled by the third party, and not UKVI themselves. By the...

Re: Fiancé visa

Called UKVI who agreed to email an escalation to Sheffield asking to reassign application to fiancé visa to tie in withV4. No guarantee but hopefully they will reclassify as it’s only 5 weeks since application without priority 🙏🏻 Fingers crossed, try to write them email as well, to have it on paper...

Re: Fiancé visa

Unfortunately it says unmarried partner. So the question is have I just thrown 150 pounds down the drain and it is inevitable that the ECO will just assess on this basis, which will fail because it was intended to be a Fiancé visa as per V4. Is it conceivable they will query inconsistencies or just...

Re: Fiancé visa

You can access it from the web site, just print out the application.

If you have ihs number, my guess is that you applied for a wrong type of visa - unmarried partner, for which 2 years of cohabitation are required

Re: Fiancé visa

Hello Liverpool48,

First of all you should look at your application form 1 page, it should be written settlement- settlement- marriage

Normally you are not required to pay IHS fee for this type of application. Have you been issues IHS number?

Try to check this first.

Lulu65,

They just don’t care. It’s a government machine with lots of resources, while you will be punished again with solicitor fees, going into the litigation process.

Re: ECM Finally agree to review our case

I strongly believe it all depends on the ECO you get and how they are on the day of making a decision. You may get two similar cases and one will get approval and the other may not. Above all, I strongly believe it all depends not just if you fully meet the requirement but on your fate, which is be...

AnnaSh,

You can also request all the data HO has on you from this link, so maybe you will be able to understand why they rejected you from the file.
