Hello friends, during a SET (LR) application there is a question that how long have you lived in the united kingdom.

My 10 years of living will be exact at 8th October 2019, but when i am planning to apply 28 days before (for example 16th of September) now should I write 9 years and 11 months or 10 years? please help :? :? :?
