SET(O) 5 years PBS Dependent

hi All,

I have applied for my wife ILR (SET(O) 5 years PBS Dependent), awaiting to submit documents and biometric, can i check what are the required documents to submit ?

Also i have applied for son naturalization using MN1 (born before either parent had ILR) since a month but awaiting any update, any idea about expected timelines ?

As for SET(O) documents await others to comment.

Your dependant is applying under skilled worker dependant rules, the Tier 2 PBS route no longer exists.
They need their passport, proof of English, LIUK and cohabitation evidence.
