SET O PBS dependent query

Hi All,

Me and My wife (PBS dependent) qualify for the ILR, Can we use the same set O applications When we apply for the ILR ? (or) do we have to apply separately by using two different SET O forms?

Please can some one help me with this, really appreciated for your time.

I have another question, My initial grant of leave (Tier 1)was issued on the 1st July 2009 and arrived to the UK on 29th September 2009 (Exactly after 90 days).

I am planning to apply for ILR in June 2014 , would my late arrival into the UK be an issue?
