Hi
Very simple question plz reply to kill my curiosity .
My partner entered in UK on spouse visa 5 year route on 1st Jan 2018 so partner will complete 5 years exactly on 31st Dec 2022 . Can we apply ILR around 4-5 Dec 2022 OR first we will have to wait to complete 60 months and then apply ??
Different forums different solicitors different articles saying different opinions .

Any experienced advice plz

5 years would be completed on the 1st of Jan 2023. Hence you can apply minus 28 days from that at the earliest, or anytime before the expiration of his/her current visa.

What is your point? This is exactly what you have already been advised already!!

The 28 day concession is nothing new. It has been in place for many many years.
