Setting up and owning a Company in UK with ILR status

Hi there,

Just wondering once ILR is issued, can a person set up and own a company in UK without going for citizenship.
Are there any issues involved.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

No issues.

Note also that applying for citizenship is not mandatory either.
