Settle status applied eea citizen

I applied for my wife settle srattus on 28.4.19. Sunday ukba system said she should get pre settle status, even though she has been in UK since April 2012, she has registration certificate issued by ukba in July 2012

My question is if for example she get pre settle status, does it automatically mean I get also pre settle status
As I do not want any more 5 year permit, I want only only only permant residence at any cost... I am fed up with ukba..
I have been thinking whole day about them...
Plz advise..
And I am not crazy it's just ukba got into my head deeply
