EU settlement-is that regarded as an immigration application?

Hi Guys,
Would the Poundland's Store Manager fall under the category of 'director, manager or personnel officer of a VAT-registered company' and be accepted as a referee of professional standing?
The person is my friend, we are not linked professionally, but have known one another for over 3 years.

I know it would have sounded better if he was a manager of a Waitrose or a M&S store but Poundland qualifies too. He is a manager in a VAT registered company after all.

Ensure you weren't travelling abroad for holidays exactly 5 years before your application date. It's a common mistake these days.

I'm gonna apply for BC based on the settled status that I got a year ago.
I was planning to provide P60's as a paperwork covering the qualifying 5 years. During one of those years I had 3 employers and I have just noticed that the one issuing the P60 didn't include the previous employments on the document, so my final figure on P60 for this year is just over £4k :/ (I know, should have noticed that 3 years ago ).
I don't think it's fixable after such a long time, so here's the question: is it ok to cover this year with the combination of P45s from the two previous employers (showing my real income) and the payslips and not to submit this incorrect P60 at all?

P60s are issued once only and corrections are not possible. However, the error on the P60 is not down to you - it's for the employer to sort it out with HMRC. UKVI are unlikely to reperform calculations. The P60s are there to prove your residency as EU nationals don't get stamps in their passports.

My concern here is that due to an error this P60 doesn't prove my residence in a year in question - in fact it works to the contrary. So I was wondering if it's ok not to send over this confusing document at all and instead of that provide a variety of different paperwork showing the real picture of my whole year employment (P45s, payslips, perhaps bank statements or employers letters)? Or shall I send over that P60 and the other mentioned documents (but that would clearly show discrepancy)? I think that although it's not my fault, sending over just P60 for this year would jeopardize my application.
Is providing P60 for each year obligatory, or optional?

P60 is not mandatory, you could also get employer letters if possible. I don't recall anyone here reporting being penalised because an employer's P60 was incorrect. As I said, the purpose of the P60 or a letter from an employer is to prove residency. Of course if you wish you could send the P60 and P45 or pay slips - bank statements are not accepted for any purpose. As you know employment or earnings are not the focus of the naturalisation application - it is residency, amongst the other requirements.

Hi Guys,
On side of my main job I had a couple of part time employments. Apart from P45s I don't have any paperwork left (neither the payslips nor the letters confirming employment dates).
Since these were the additional jobs and my history is covered by the main employment, is it mandatory to include them in the employment history? I am asking, because I wouldn't be able to provide the additional paperwork regarding these jobs if requested.

Some of my P60s and payslips have been issued to me in the electronic version only and I got them from employers as PDFs. Is it ok to upload them like that as a supporting documentation for the relevant section?

Last year i was applying for ILR and only had my payslips in PDF as my company only issue those electronically. It was fine

I am applying for BC and I got ILR through the EU settled status. There is a question in the online questionnaire for BC: 'Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?'.
I am not sure if the application for the settled status falls under the immigration application and what shall I answer here. Would someone able to shed some light on that please?

You have to list ALL applications you have made to Home Office, within the UK or from abroad.
