Skilled Worker to Dependent visa

Hi,

I and My wife working in the UK with a Skilled worker visa sponsored by two different companies. Given the situation, my wife has to leave her job and we wanted her to be on a skilled worker dependent visa as she will be coming out of sponsorship. I have two queries based on the above information.

1. Is there a way to switch the visa from a Skilled worker to a Dependent Visa?
2. As we had paid the IHS charges till the end of 2024, do I need to pay these charges again If I apply for a switch visa for my wife?
